B&W//nostalgia

こにちわ! the photo below is part of a sorta experiment about black and white photography. i just feel that moving black and white photography is beautiful and perfectly captures the sense of nostalgia and memories.

It feels so weird to go from the innocence of being a child to the stress and tests of a teen. the way that moving photos make so little sense but have such a story behind them reminds me of the photos on the wall of my grandmothers room, and the paintings on her walls, or the dusty old photo frames at an antique shop, or the picture still left in an album at vinnies. the black and white is symbolic of the things that were there, but you cant recreate.
